Meet Our Designer

Make It E-Z Event Planning & Travel Agency, LLC was founded July 27, 2023 in Suffolk, VA.  I often get questioned about how my business all started.  My family and I cruise every year since the passing of my father in law in 2017.  We started this family tradition for a few reasons, number one my husband and I reside in Virginia but our family resides in South Carolina.  We don't see them often because of distance.  Prior to my father in laws passing we never took family vacations, I realized life is short. You have to cherish every moment with your family because tomorrow is not promised.  As a family we decided that we would start taking at least one family vacation per year.  I took on the responsibility of planning the vacations, due to my acumen and astute attention to detail when planning a trip.  Prior to our family cruise I was talking to a coworker about four flights I booked for $500.00.  My co-worker asked how I was able to fly so many people for so little.  I explained some of my tactics she then asked if I ever thought about parlaying that skill into a business. I said no and continued to work.  The date for the cruise finally came, we took a tour of the island with a random couple who had flown into the island and had never been on a cruise.  The wife started asking questions in reference to the cruise, me being me rambling about the cruise and all of the amenities of the cruise she then asked me the same question have you ever thought about starting a business, I felt like that was confirmation to what I was supposed to be doing.  I decided to incorporate my event planning business with my travel business because I have a passion for decorating, making custom centerpieces for weddings and also making balloon garlands for events.  I should start a business making centerpieces a time or two in life after people come to my home and see the centerpieces that I created.  I love to see the outcome of an event and love to see happy clients.  Here at Make It E-Z Event Planning & Travel Agency, LLC we are up for any challenge and strive to maintain excellent customer service.
